Acceptance of Terms
By downloading and using the Moula application, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the application.
Service Description
Moula is a mobile expense tracking application that allows you to:
- Record and categorize your expenses
- Share costs with other users
- View your expense statistics
- Synchronize your data across multiple devices
User Account
To use Moula, you must create an account via Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Moula.
User Content
You retain all rights to the data you enter into Moula (your expenses, notes, categories, etc.). By using our service, you grant us a limited license to store and process your data solely for the purpose of providing you with the service.
Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the application for illegal purposes
- Attempt to access other users' accounts
- Disrupt or interfere with the security of the application
- Transmit viruses or malicious code
- Copy, modify, or distribute the application's content without permission
Service Availability
We strive to keep the application available 24/7, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service (temporarily or permanently) with or without notice.
Payments and Subscriptions
Moula is currently free. If we introduce paid features in the future:
- Prices will be clearly displayed before purchase
- Payments will be processed through Apple's App Store
- Apple's cancellation terms will apply
- We will inform you of any pricing changes
Intellectual Property
The Moula application and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Moula and its licensors. Our service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from the app settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms of service.
After deleting your account, all your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Limitation of Liability
Moula is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the application.
We are not responsible for data loss. We recommend you keep your own backup copies.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes via the application. Your continued use of the application after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
Applicable Law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
